| Details of Assignment: | Example: Title:Design of JFET, MOSFET and BJT Amplifiers Objective:To enhance understanding of the subject in JFET, MOSFET and BJT Amplifiers. Type: Paper design and simulation. Description: Several design problems in JFET, MOSFET and BJT amplifiers design will be tested. Students need to design and use PSpice to draw and simulate the circuit; e.g. to obtain all the values calculated by performing transient analysis and the voltage gain by performing AC sweep analysis. |
